In 2008 Robert Rose set out to pursue his dream of creating a cutting edge film company. Through his passion and vision, RWMG has gained a reputation as a forward thinking, young and vibrant organisation. "We create music videos, commercials, virals, and mobile content. RWMG also has its own in house post production suite with the very best editors and animators".

In the early 1990s Trevor began his business career as an Assistant Accountant, working for a small lottery company in the UK. Since then, he has become a Financial Accountant, with more than 20 years experience, working for the likes of Coca-Cola, Credit Suisse First Boston and Pernod Ricard.

After joining RWMG in 2010, Trevor has been invaluable. His financial experience enables RWMG to work within clients’ budgets without compromising the standard of the work.

Ever since school Nick has wanted to work with film and video. Self trained in digital video editing and visual effects Nick went onto graduate from Bournemouth University's Film and TV BA degree. He has since worked succesfully as a freelance Editor, Animator, Director and visual effects specialist and in recent years is best known for Directing music promos for a number of artists.

Nick has a distinclty visual creative approach and is always looking to push the boundries of what is possible at every level. He is currently working on his first short film, and writing his second, with a feature film as his eventual goal.

At 16 Adam knew he was going to direct films. Flash-forward 12 years and he is an award winning filmmaker. His graduation film won a Royal Television Society Award amongst others, and his films have gone on to be shown at festivals all over Europe.

Recently Adam directed the third series of Sofia's Diary, the most successful webseries produced in the UK (1.4 million views). And just this year he has directed music videos for King David, Bueka, Frixion ft. FDM, Smiler and Karen David. Constantly trying to develop a more cinematic style he drinks gallons of tea to keep his mind bubbling with fresh ideas.

Debbie has been working as a set designer and builder for the last four years, and works on off west end theatre shows, short and feature films, music video design, specialist props and costumes.

Debbie has a broad range of clients that she freelances for giving them a bespoke service every time. As part of RWMG Debbie helps develop concepts for the clients and follows through with visually satisfying work.

The MoonRunners! Tommy magix and Moimojo are the visual directors behind the Moonrunners. Fast picking up momentum in the industry with big plans for the future.
